Due to the nature of our products, returns are not accepted.

If you believe there is an issue with your order, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs of the item(s) in question. This information is required so we may review the concern and determine an appropriate resolution. Requests submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for review.

Product Variations Disclaimer

All of our products are handcrafted in small batches. Due to this process, we cannot guarantee that your purchased item will look exactly like the product photos. Variations in color, texture, and appearance may occur from batch to batch as a result of factors such as temperature, humidity, and natural ingredient behavior.
